Shift Timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Location/Training: 45-day mandatory training program in Coimbatore

Schedule: Sunday work is mandatory (a weekday off will be provided).

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This role requires a creative and passionate individual with strong design skills. You will be responsible for developing cutting-edge interior design solutions for clients while actively engaging in activities to secure projects.

Proficiency in both AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities (Design)

- Client Collaboration: Work with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences,

lifestyle, and budget requirements.
- Concept Development: Develop creative and functional design concepts, including space

planning, furniture layouts, material selections, color palettes, and lighting schemes.
- Presentations: Prepare detailed design presentationsincluding mood boards, sketches,

accurate 2D drawings (AutoCAD),



and compelling 3D visualizations (SketchUp)along with material samples to effectively communicate ideas.
- Technical Drawings: Produce detailed working drawings and specifications for construction

and installation using AutoCAD.
- Sourcing & FF&E;: Select and source furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E;), materials, and

finishes, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other

stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits and oversee the installation of design elements to

ensure quality and adherence to the design intent.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry

technologies.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (non-negotiable).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for client pitchingRole & responsibilities
