Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Indore in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project managers, architects, and construction teams to create functional, visually appealing interiors.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for residential and commercial projects. The role involves space planning, reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, and ensuring that design specifications are aligned with project budgets, timelines, and building standards.

The Interior

Designer will conduct site visits, liaise with vendors and contractors,



and ensure that design intent is accurately executed during implementation. Regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders is required to present designs, incorporate feedback, and support smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and FF&E; selection.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for functionality, traffic flow, and user experience.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to read, interpret, and coordinate design details with technical plans.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and visualization tools.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects and knowledge of materials, finishes, and local regulations is beneficial.
