Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Delhi, India.

The Interior

Designer will translate client requirements into well-planned interior concepts, including space planning, mood boards, and layout development. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing design presentations, creating and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and selecting FF&E; (furniture, fixtures,



and equipment) that align with project budgets and design intent. The role involves regular site visits to monitor execution quality, resolve design and site-related issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and standards.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, maintain explicit documentation, and support a seamless design process from initial concept through project completion.

Qualifications

Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts for residential spaces.

Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, develop, and coordinate technical documentation.

Experience with FF&E; selection and specification, including materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and basic MS Office skills.

Excellent visual communication and presentation abilities, including mood boards, 3D views, and design narratives.

Strong coordination and project management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and collaboration with consultants and site teams.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience in residential interiors is an advantage.
