Job Role

- Interior Designer

- Conceptualize and execute interior design projects based on client requirements and functional needs.

- Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and project expectations.

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and detailed plans.

- Create design drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.

- Select suitable materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, and color schemes.

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion.

- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

- Ensure all projects comply with safety standards and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients to gather project requirements and design preferences.

- Prepare design concepts, presentations, and technical drawings.

- Recommend appropriate materials, furnishings, and décor elements.





- Coordinate with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Supervise project execution to maintain design quality and accuracy.

- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

- Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and building codes.

- Incorporate innovative and sustainable design solutions wherever applicable.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.

- Strong creative, artistic, and visualization skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Solid project management and time management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of sustainable interior design practices is an added advantage.
