- Develop design concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for interior spaces using computer-aided design equipment.
- Prepare working drawings, including foundation plans, framing plans, wall layouts, plumbing fixture schedules, electrical plans, and elevation drawings.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide solutions for unexpected issues.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in interior designing or related field (furniture sales/home decor).
- Proficiency in creating detailed designs using CAD software (working drawings) and ability to prepare specifications accurately.
