Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Wall and Wood is a remote, contract position focused on guiding prospective clients through the firm’s interior design and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting virtual consultations, identifying client needs, and presenting suitable design and service options.
The Sales
Consultant will prepare proposals and estimates, follow up on leads, and support clients throughout the decision-making process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. This role also includes maintaining accurate records of interactions,
coordinating with design and project teams, and contributing to customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English.
- Relevant experience in interior design, architecture, home improvement, or a related industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and projects concurrently.
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms used for virtual meetings, presentations, and documentation.
- Prior experience in consultative or solution-based sales and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
