Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Interior Design, Civil Work, Plumbing, and Electrical projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, coordinating with technical teams, and driving revenue growth for interior fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in interior and real estate projects.

Meet architects, builders, contractors, and property owners for business development.

Understand client requirements related to interior designing, civil work, plumbing, and electrical work.

Coordinate with design, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams for project execution.

Prepare project proposals, quotations, BOQs, and presentations.

Conduct site visits and client meetings.

Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors.

Track ongoing and upcoming construction/interior projects in the market.





Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain sales reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of Interior Designing and Real Estate projects.

Understanding of Civil, Plumbing, and Electrical works.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and clients.

Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and project coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.

Good networking and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

MBA in Marketing/Business Development is preferred.

Prior experience in interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industry preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in handling turnkey interior projects.

Familiarity with residential and commercial projects.

Strong understanding of site execution and coordination.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Salary: 50K + incentives
