Job Title: Interior Design Architect

( QUALIFITION : B.ARCH/B.DES ONLY CAN APPLY ( STRICTLY NO CIVIL CANDIDATES)

Location: OMR, Chennai

Experience: 3-5 Years

Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch (Interior Architecture) / B.Des (Interior Design) or equivalent

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Meet prospective clients and attend pre-sales meetings to understand project requirements.
- Prepare concept designs, layouts, and space planning for residential interior projects.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar software.
- Coordinate with the sales, execution, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare presentations, material selections, BOQs, and design documentation.
- Conduct site visits and provide design support during project execution.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with client expectations.





Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Residential Interior Design.
- Strong communication and client presentation skills.
- Experience in handling client interactions and pre-sales meetings is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
- Must own a personal laptop for design work.
- Must be willing to work on Sundays (weekly off will be provided on another day).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills
- Solid knowledge of residential interior materials and finishes.
- Excellent space planning and visualization skills.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,025.79 - ₹50,575.10 per month
