: The Interface Analyst is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supporting healthcare connectivity and interoperability projects between healthcare providers, laboratories, EMR/EHR systems, and internal teams. This role serves as the primary liaison for interface implementations, ensuring timely project delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and successful connectivity outcomes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end interface implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, EMR/EHR vendors, laboratories, and internal teams during interface onboarding and support activities.

Gather, document, and validate interface requirements, workflows, and connectivity specifications.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

Create, update, and maintain project documentation, implementation records, and status reports.

Facilitate communication between customers, implementation teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Support interface testing, validation, and go-live activities to ensure successful deployment.





Analyze interface-related issues, coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and drive resolution with appropriate teams.

Monitor existing integrations and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

Track project and support activities using project management and ticketing systems such as Jira, Asana, or similar tools.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy requirements, and healthcare industry standards.

Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.

Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability concepts.

Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and laboratory connectivity processes.

Understanding of healthcare data exchange and integration lifecycles.

Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements.

Basic understanding of connectivity methods such as VPN, SFTP, APIs, and TCP/IP.

Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

Ability to work cross-functionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused mindset.

Experience 2–5 years of experience in healthcare implementations, interface coordination, interoperability projects, or healthcare IT support.

Experience working with EMR/EHR vendors, laboratories, healthcare providers, or healthcare technology companies.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Exposure to healthcare connectivity or interoperability projects is preferred.

Understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments.

Having any HL7 or other equivalent certification.
