Education

- CA (Chartered Accountant) or Inter CA (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end accounting operations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team while ensuring process efficiency and internal controls.




- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills
- Robust expertise in Accounting Operations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, MIS reporting, data analysis).
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliances, and statutory regulations.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

Preferred Candidate
- CA or Inter CA with 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting operations.
- Experience in leading an accounts team and handling statutory compliance independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per hour
