We are seeking a skilled iMATCH Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, configuring, and supporting reconciliation solutions using the

IntelliMatch (NextGen v21.1.3 and above)

platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of reconciliation processes, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business and project teams to deliver robust reconciliation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support cash and trade reconciliations using IntelliMatch (NextGen v21.1.3 and above).

- Create and maintain companies, balance pools, import formats, match rules, static data, models, schedules, DTM configurations, and related reconciliation components.

- Work extensively with both thick client and thin client versions of the IntelliMatch application.

- Analyze source data and define technical requirements for data parsing, mapping, and transformation to meet business requirements.

- Perform reconciliation configuration, testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.

- Support QA activities, UAT execution, and production deployment activities.

- Validate data against business and technical requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with business analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide user support, knowledge transfer, and end-user training where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Several years of hands-on experience in development,



configuration, and implementation of reconciliations using

IntelliMatch (NextGen v21.1.3 and above)

.

- Strong experience in building and supporting cash and trade reconciliation solutions.

- Solid expertise in creating and managing companies, balance pools, import formats, match rules, static data, models, scheduled jobs, and DTM processes.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation design, testing, and deployment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data structures.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams and supporting project deliverables.

- Experience supporting QA testing, UAT, and production implementation activities.

- Ability to provide user training and post-implementation support.

Preferred Skills

- Good knowledge of SQL, including the ability to run simple to complex backend queries.

- Experience with stored procedure development is desirable.

- Knowledge of Cognos and/or Crystal Reports development is desirable.

- Exposure to financial services or reconciliation-focused environments is an added advantage.
