Role Description The Insurance Claim Investigator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalesar. This position involves reviewing and analyzing insurance claims, gathering and verifying evidence, interviewing claimants and other relevant parties, and preparing detailed investigation reports. The investigator will assess claim validity, identify potential fraud or inconsistencies, and recommend appropriate resolutions in alignment with firm and client policies.

The role also includes collaborating with legal teams and insurers, maintaining accurate documentation,



and meeting deadlines while adhering to regulatory requirements and firm standards.

Qualifications Strong skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance claims.

Proficiency in Claim Investigation and Claims Resolution to evaluate claims, determine outcomes, and support fair settlements.

Solid understanding of Insurance principles, policies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to claim investigations.

Excellent analytical, research, and report-writing abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing parties and collaborating with legal and insurance stakeholders.

Ability to work on-site in Jalesar, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.

Previous experience in insurance, claims investigation, or legal support is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
