Role Description The Insurance Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The advisor will identify potential clients, explain life insurance products, and recommend suitable plans based on individual financial goals and risk profiles.
Daily activities include meeting customers, conducting needs assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, and assisting clients with documentation and policy servicing. The role involves ongoing customer relationship management, regular follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales support. The advisor is expected to stay updated on LIC products,
regulatory guidelines, and market trends to provide accurate and ethical advice.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust skills and knowledge in Insurance and Finance, including understanding of life insurance products, tax benefits, and basic financial planning.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Customer Service skills to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Basic proficiency with computers and digital tools for managing client information, preparing documents, and using online platforms.
- Proven ability to meet targets, work independently, and manage time effectively in a client-facing environment.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the secondary or higher secondary level; higher education in commerce, finance, or business is an advantage.
