Roles and Responsibilities:

- Content Development:
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.) to ensure effective learning outcomes.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate technical information into learner-friendly formats.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to align training with organizational goals.

- Learning Technology:
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Canva) to create interactive learning experiences.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content and track learner progress.
- Evaluation & Improvement:
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
- Continuously update and improve training programs based on learner feedback and performance data.

- Project Management:
- Plan, organize, and deliver instructional design projects within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and accessibility guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelors/Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
- Experience with e-learning tools and multimedia design software.
- Solid communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
