Workyou’ll do

Asapart oftheteam,youwill be:

Partofaninternalsourcingteamthatdeliversdirectsourcingcapabilityforonshore stakeholders.
Identifyfuturehiringneedsandproactivelydevelopanetworkofpotentialcandidatesandindustry professionals for regularly occurring Deloitte roles
Focusedonidentifying,attractingandsourcingappropriatecandidatesforliveroleswithinonshoreand creating Talent pools anticipating future demands
Utilisedirectsourcingchannelsincludingadvertising,socialmedia,jobboardsandmediachannelstosource both active and passive candidates with highly desirable skills sets to meet business demand, reducing dependency on 3rd party agencies and their associated costs
CollaboratewithSourcing/Recruitmentmanagerstounderstandrole requirements




Interactwithprofessionalsonnicheplatforms,asappropriateforspecificcritical roles
ReviewonlineCV’stopre-screencandidatesagainstpre-agreed criteria
Sendrecruitingemailsandfollowupwithcandidatesonsuitabilityandinterestinrelevant roles
Proactivelysearchforreferralsfrominternalandexternalnetworksforcritical roles
LogcandidateinformationonrelevantApplicantTrackingSystem(ATS)andotherinternal databases
Bringideasandpracticestoimprovedirectsourcingactivitiesandteam capability
Contributeandfeedintomeasureandreportonrecruitingmetrics,likesourceofhireandtime-to- fill
ReportstotheUSISourcingAssistant Manager
EnsurecompliancewithQRSfirstlineofdefenseactivitiesandappropriateDataProtectionlegislationatall times.

Qualifications

Required:

AnyGraduatedegreewith2-4yearsofrelevant experience
ProvenworkexperienceasaSourcingSpecialist,Sourcerorsimilar role
Hands-onexperiencewithApplicantTrackingSystems(ATS’s)andotherHumanResourcesInfo
