ITI certification, diploma, or proven experience in welding.
IRS & LRS certificates is a must.
Knowledge of marine and industrial welding standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.
Skilled in MIG, TIG, aluminum and Arc welding techniques (preferred).
Understanding of safety procedures in welding environments.
