Job Summary

SHIFTS (6 AM – 6 PM, 6 PM – 6 AM)
Distribute medications, administer injections, facilitate other basic medical care tasks
Record residents medical history and update charts regularly
Emotional support for residents
Promote socialization and activity participation
Oversee and guide CNAs to provide quality care

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Portray strong interpersonal communication, passion for residents and for the team, strong ability to collaborate and communicate
Develop productive and productive working relationships with residents, co-workers, and facility’s leaders
Ability to create a homelike experience that allows the residents to be comfortable
