Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Pre-Sales Executive Tendering Proposals to support our business development and tender management activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely bid submissions across government and private procurement platforms.





This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build expertise in tendering, proposal management, government procurement, and technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

Identify and monitor opportunities through GeM, CPPP, State Procurement Portals, and private tender platforms.

Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.

Prepare bid qualification summaries and opportunity assessments.

Coordinate with OEMs, partners, and internal teams for bid preparation and submission.

B.Tech/B.E. Electronics Communication Engineering (ECE)

Electrical Engineering

Instrumentation Engineering

Experience

02 years of experience in Tendering, Proposal Management, Bid Management, Pre-Sales, or Business Development Support.

Freshers with excellent communication and documentation skills
