Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets for model training
Implement and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments
Develop natural language processing (NLP) applications
Build computer vision and image recognition systems
Optimize model performance and accuracy through iterative testing
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into applications
Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques
Document technical specifications and model architectures
Stay current with AI/ML advancements and emerging technologies





Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
2-5 years of experience in machine learning and AI development
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
Knowledge of NLP techniques and frameworks
Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform)
Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
Understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices
Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, statistics, probability)
Experience with big data technologies is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
