Job Description

The Role

We're looking for someone who lives in culture and can turn that instinct into content that actually moves the needle. Every idea we put out has to be Relevant (it belongs in the conversation happening right now), Relatable (it feels like it's speaking to one person, not a brand), and built for Distribution (it's shaped for how the platform actually spreads content, not just how it looks). This is a creative strategy and platform-knowledge role, not an admin role. You'll spend your time understanding what our audience is watching, why it's working, and translating that into ideas, hooks,



and edits for Instagram and YouTube. If you can read the algorithm as well as you can read a room, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Culture

Track and decode emerging trends, formats, music, and cultural moments across India, UAE, and UK audiences.
Study our audience: what they watch, why they stop scrolling, what makes them share, and turn that into a point of view, not just a report.
Shape the content strategy and calendar for Instagram and YouTube around what's genuinely relevant to the traveller we're speaking to.
Keep a running pulse on competitor and category content: what's landing, what's not, and why.
Catch viral trends and momentary banter rapid enough to jump in while they're still relevant.
Bring hands-on experience scaling followership, reach, and subscribers on a channel or account.

Creative

Develop original hooks, scripts, concepts, and briefs for reels, shorts, and YouTube formats
