The opportunity

The position is for a team within EY Global Delivery Services (GDS). The
candidate will be leading a team of social media marketers to support EY social
media handles and platforms. The candidate will be supporting the social media
competency and will be working with the marketing teams and the response
management across named EY handles and platforms.

The Social Media Manager – Assistant , will play a strategic role in shaping and
scaling EY’s social media presence, driving innovation, audience growth, and
community engagement across brand channels. This role will focus on setting
direction, enabling effective execution,



and ensuring social media activities
align with broader marketing and business objectives. The position requires
close collaboration with business leaders, marketers, designers, editors, and
approvers to guide channel strategy, prioritize initiatives, and translate
evolving business needs into relevant social media programs. The Social Media
Manager will be responsible for social media strategy including content
creation, planning and publishing through EY’s social media tools, ensuring
consistency, quality, and timely delivery, while encouraging experimentation
with new formats, platforms, and engagement approaches.

In addition, the role will be responsible for monitoring channel performance,
identifying opportunities for optimization, and fostering robust online
communities through thoughtful engagement and governance. Success in this role
