Job Overview:
Responsible for the development of various tools/applications, on time completion of projects or components of large, complex initiatives for clients in the life sciences sector. The role requires advanced technical expertise in VBA, Python, and related automation frameworks to design, build, and deploy analytical tools that address forecasting, PMA, and other critical business needs. In addition to delivering technical solutions, the position involves identifying and elevating potential new business opportunities and supporting the sales process.

Essential Functions:
Technical solution design: Leads or participates in teams to architect, code, and deliver consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects,



with a focus on VBA and Python based implementations.
Client requirements analysis: Reviews and translates client requirements into technical specifications, developing cost effective solutions that balance profitability with high client satisfaction.
Team guidance: Provides technical direction to Analysts, Consultants, and Statistical Services, ensuring best practices in coding, automation, and data handling.
Documentation and specifications: Produces detailed technical documentation, including code specifications, workflows, and deployment guidelines.
Quantitative and qualitative analysis: Applies advanced programming and statistical methods to identify client issues and develop tailored solutions.
Reporting and visualization: Designs and delivers client reports and presentations, integrating automated dashboards and Python driven visualizations.
