Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects
Work with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
Implement security best practices and data protection measures
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot framework
Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles
Experience with Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data)
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful web services
Experience with relational databases and ORM frameworks like Hibernate
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
