Role Overview
As a Principal Software Engineer – Front End,
you will set the technical vision and strategy for front-end engineering across the multi‑tenant SaaS platform. You will drive architectural innovation, establish engineering excellence standards, and influence technology decisions at the organizational level. You will mentor senior engineers, lead complex technical initiatives, and ensure the platform scales while maintaining high performance, accessibility, and tenant customization capabilities.
