As a Business Development Executive at Teamology, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the digital.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory.
Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory to achieve current business revenue growth.
Demonstrates products and services to generate interest.
Educates clients on additional products/services to enhance or upsell orders.
Interacts with clients via in person, phone and email; Responds to questions, concerns, and feedback.
Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintains communication post-sale to solicit feedback and measure client satisfaction.
Oversees negotiations and ensures pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
Implements all KRA/Activity requirements as outlined by management.
Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Accounts Team Collaboration:
Communicate regularly with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely billing for services rendered.
Provide necessary documentation and information to facilitate the billing process.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to billing in a proactive and timely manner.
