ITI certification in Fitter trade (mandatory).
0–3 years of relevant work experience (freshers with strong technical skills will also be considered).
Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and measuring instruments.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow work instructions.
Good physical stamina and willingness to work on-site (shipyards, workshops, or industrial plants).
Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
