Implementation of Health and Safety policies, procedures at site
Ensuring the safe construction activities in co-ordination with vendor/contractors and as per client guidelines.
Record keeping and documentation of EHS related work
Ensuring the safety induction of workers
Review the MSRA & HIRA
Preparation of reports and client reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Technical Degree in H&S; Management, Engineering, or Specialty area (i.e. Industrial Hygiene, Construction); or three (3) years in H&S; management role(s).
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial, civil, or technology-related construction sector(s).
Fluency in the local language, as well as proficiency in the English language (native or secondary).
In-depth knowledge of H&S; standards and regulations for the identified country/region.
Competency in occupational H&S; management systems (i.e. ISO 45001; OHSAS 18001).
Proven expertise in hazard risk assessment, safe method working
