Role Overview
As a Global Applications & Mobility Advisor, you will manage client applications through our internal system and support pathways for scholarships, admissions, careers, visas, and relocation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify suitable universities and programs
Prepare and submit admissions and scholarship applications
Review essays and statements
Support global job and internship placement preparation
Guide visa document readiness and embassy checklists
Deliver weekly progress updates in CRM and admin portals
Requirements
Stable high-speed internet
Personal laptop only
Quiet working environment
At least 50 percent weekly commitment
Solid written and spoken English
Prior experience in at least one area: study abroad, scholarships, recruitment, visa processing, global HR, or academic advisory

Long-term commitment of 1.5 to 2 years
