About the Team:
At Aftermarket Digital Solutions we’re building a connected system of products that help fleets and vehicle owners maximize mobility uptime.As a User Experience Design (UXD) Intern, you’ll be embedded into one of our product areas. You’ll embrace AI to design interactions and interfaces that bring speed to decisions. These include workflow automation, conversational assistants, adaptive personalisation, voice-powered interfaces, data visualisation, etc.If you’re someone who loves a challenge, this role is for you. We’ll provide you with support and guidance to advance your personal, professional, and technical skills as you seek to make a real impact.Your Profile as Intern - User Experience (mfd):

Work collaboratively within a small team of engineers, scientists, product managers and sales professionals.
Conduct foundational and evaluative research to glean insights that are concrete and valuable
Develop highly detailed maps of user journeys and their interactions




Craft compelling narratives about our users’ needs, attitudes, aspirations, expectations, obstacles, and motivations

Your Profile as Intern - User Experience (m/f/d):

Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Social or Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
Familiarity with qualitative research methods and demonstrable experience conducting research projects
A knack for getting to the heart of the matter, tellings stories and being convincing—making the opaque feel obvious in hindsight
Comfort with design tools such as Figma, Lovable, UIzard, Airtable and Galileo
Experience in a startup workplace
Expertise in incentive development
Expertise in qualitative research methods and frameworks, such as in-depth interviews, journey mapping, card sorting, or usability studies
Familiarity with quantitative research methods, including surveys and statistical analysi
