The individual will collaborate with cross functional teams, management, and stakeholders to meet customer and business expectations.



Additional responsibilities include researching OEM service information, documenting processes, data validation initiatives, tracking project progress, summarizing findings, and communicating updates to various levels within Tekion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Research, interpret, and maintain OEM automotive service, repair, parts, and labor operation data.
Analyze OEM service manuals, (EPC), and technical documentation to accurately identify repair procedures, required parts, and labor operations.
Validate automotive repair and parts data to ensure consistency, completeness, and compliance with internal quality standards.
Utilize internal applications and data management tools to create, update, review, and maintain automotive datasets.
Support data enrichment and continuous improvement initiatives through data validation, quality reviews, and issue resolution.
