Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from planning and execution to delivery—while ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. This role requires robust leadership, clear communication, technical understanding, and excellent organizational skills to drive efficiency, resolve issues, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation
o Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Develop comprehensive project plans including work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
o Conduct project kickoff meetings and establish clear communication protocols with all stakeholders.
o Identify project dependencies, constraints, and assumptions at the outset.

Execution & Delivery




o Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, business analysts, and DevOps.
o Monitor project progress against plan, tracking milestones and deliverables on a day-to day basis.
o Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Manage scope changes through a formal change control process, assessing the impact on timeline, budget, and resources.
o Ensure that all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
o Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and manage sign-off processes.

Risk & Issue Management
o Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Maintain a risk register and issue log, tracking resolution and escalating when necessary.
o Anticipate blockers and resolve conflicts within the team or with external stakeholders swiftly.
