The work you’ll do

Lead the development of strategically grounded creative concepts and design systems for integrated campaigns and brand initiatives
Partner with creative directors, marketers, and business stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual ideas and experiences
Guide the team from concept through final execution, ensuring work is high quality, brand-right, and aligned to business goals
Inspire designers and cross-functional partners to push work into stronger creative territory while maintaining consistency and usability
Set the creative standard across deliverables by reviewing work, giving actionable feedback, and driving continuous improvement
