As a Senior Associate - Strategy Consulting – Corporate Deals Technology, you will engage with global corporate clients to shape technology strategies that drive business value and success in complex mergers and acquisitions. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.
