* Team capacity planning - recruitment, adaptation.
* Motivation of team members and their evaluation.
* Responsibility for assigning and controlling team tasks and priorities.
* Responsible for regular reporting of results.
* Responsible for administration related to the running of the team.
* Supervises compliance with internal processes.
* Cooperation with other departments and support them.
* Responsibility for continuous process improvement.
* Cooperates with universities and external suppliers
* Performing trainings.
* Make sure that team is being up to date and maintain tolerance standards for
