Role Reality

This is a pure sales, partnership & growth role . No hand-holding, brand inbound or learning phase either.

Your job is to create opportunities from zero , close partnerships, and sell Senseible to MSMEs aggressively .

If you can’t close deals, pitch, source leads, or follow up - don’t apply . Do NOT.

What You Will Do

- Create new business opportunities daily (outbound-first)
- Sell Senseible’s carbon & ESG solutions to MSMEs
- Build and close partnerships (aggregators, ecosystem players, channel partners)
- Handle objections, rejections, and long follow-ups
- Own your numbers - leads, conversations, conversions

Who Should Apply

- Proven sales hustlers (B2B / SaaS/ MSME / startup)
- People who can sell without brand support
- Comfortable with targets, pressure, and accountability in fast-paced startup ecosystem
- Can operate independently and move fast
- Experience working in sustainable or tech-driven industries is a plus

Who you target (ICP):
- Manufacturing clusters (textile, automotive, chemical ..) ,



export groups, industry associations. CBAM, sustainability, ESG.

Compensation :

- Commission 3% on closed revenue during probation

Earning clarity PPO: 5 deals = ₹25K–₹75K; 10 deals = ₹50K–₹1.5L + incentives
- probation (4 weeks unpaid) is intentional—not to promote unpaid labor, but to naturally identify the right fit. This probation period is non-negotiable.

Do NOT apply if:
- You wait for inbound or warm leads or have no understanding of MSMEs
- You haven’t closed deals or partnerships before
- You prefer coordination over ownership
