Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative who can convert inquiries into customers, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Generate sales by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products. Follow up with leads received from digital marketing campaigns and other channels.

Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the buying journey. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Coordinate with technical, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.





Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Upsell and cross-sell Leccy & Genesis smart home products. Stay updated on company products, competitors, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience in Consumer Electronics, Consumer Goods, Electrical Products, Home Appliances, or Home Automation. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Punjabi will be an added advantage.

Experience using CRM software is preferred. Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

Preferred Skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong objection-handling and closing abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM).
