Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

- Generate current business leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

- Follow up with builders, contractors, facade companies, and existing customers.

- Prepare and send quotations.

- Coordinate with the sales and service teams.

- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/Excel database.

- Follow up for purchase orders and payment status.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (BE/MBA Marketing preferred).

- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or B2B Sales.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

- Experience in industrial products, construction equipment, engineering products, or building materials will be preferred.

- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
