Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position involves engaging with prospective learners via calls, messages, and virtual meetings to understand their goals and recommend suitable Corizo programs.

The role includes qualifying leads, explaining course features and advantages, handling objections, and closing enrollments in a consultative manner. The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up on leads,



meet or exceed sales targets, and collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve outreach and learner experience. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking performance metrics and sharing feedback on market trends and learner needs.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with learners and guardians.
- Sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, including experience with inside sales or telecalling in education or related sectors.
- Basic CRM usage, data entry, and comfort with online communication tools and productivity software.
- Customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in EdTech or education sales is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and maintain a flexible schedule aligned with business needs.
