Placing

Bookings online, SI submission, Amendments, Releasing BL, Liner Payments e. Responsible for Documentation of any shipment i.e. preparation of HBL, Amendments and releasing BL (Bill of Lading) on time f. Coordination with CHA team for timely clearance and movement of shipments g.

Follow up with accounts team for timely vendor payments h. Coordination with overseas agents/counterparts i. Customer retention with quality service execution j. Shipping line co-ordination for better rate negotiation to clinch the business k.





Follow up with existing customers for fresh business l. Vendor co-ordination & negotiation (Transport, CHA, Shipping Line, etc.)

m. Overseas co-ordination for nomination business and import shipments n. Ensuring minimum escalation to sales team with seamless business co-ordination o. To generate sales leads by tele calling recent prospects for better sales conversions for the sales team p. End to end co-ordination, from business conversion till invoice generation q. To send daily shipment updates to customers to have a flawless communication
