Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to new Businesses based in the UK (United Kingdom) to present our product and service offering
- Adhere to call scripts and sales protocols while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate a potential lead as per the process guidelines.
- Take and process customer details in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as telesales representative in outbound sales in an International Process (preferably UK market)
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target




- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills and most important is positive objection handling skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Addressing questions and concerns on the spot
- Motivation to keep going despite “no” responses
- Adapting approach based on the customer profile
- Should be Patient, friendly personality and most important is candidate should be a team Player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday UK shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
