Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Haveli.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product information for mechanical power transmission equipment. The role involves preparing quotations, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales database,



and supporting the external sales team with documentation and coordination.

The Inside Sales

Executive will also collaborate with production and logistics teams to confirm delivery timelines, address customer concerns, and help build long-term relationships with industrial clients.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with transparent telephone and email etiquette.
- Basic technical understanding of mechanical or industrial products; prior experience in manufacturing or engineering sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Haveli, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
