Role Summary
A reputed plywood manufacturing company based in Barasat, Kolkata, is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand its customer base and strengthen business relationships across the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the plywood industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify recent business opportunities. Candidates must have prior experience working in the plywood manufacturing industry, as applicants from other industries will not be considered.
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, generating current business opportunities, and ensuring long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.




Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and institutional clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with customers.
Conduct regular client visits and strengthen existing business relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities whenever required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Sales and Ma
