About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Finance leader to take full ownership of our
India Finance function at a critical stage of growth. As Senior Director,
Finance – India, partnering directly with both local and global leadership to
shape strategy, strengthen governance, and build a world-class Finance
organization.

What You’ll Own

• Full leadership of Finance for India – compliance, reporting, controls,



and
operations
• Direct interface with regulators, tax authorities, and external auditors
(EY)
• Ownership of financial close, reporting integrity, and audit excellence
• Design and execution of a scalable, best-in-class Finance infrastructure
• Finance transformation agenda – automation, process optimisation, and
systems evolution
• Strategic partnership with business leaders to drive performance and
decision-making
• Leadership and development of a high-calibre Finance team
• Active role on the Bangalore leadership team, influencing site strategy and
growth

Who We’re Looking For

You are an enterprise-level Finance leader with the judgement, credibility, and
leadership maturity to operate as the senior Finance lead for India. You bring
strategic breadth, technical depth, and the ability to lead through influence
across local, regional, and global stakeholders.
