Job Description :

Develop and implement the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
Establish a competency-based learning framework across all functions.
Build a future-ready workforce through continuous capability development.
Drive a culture of learning, innovation, and employee development.
Design leadership development programs for first-time managers, middle management, and senior leadership.
Build succession planning and leadership pipeline initiatives.
Develop high-potential employee development programs.
Drive statutory and compliance training across all businesses and manufacturing locations.




Stakeholder Management
Partner with Business Heads, Plant Heads, and HR Business Partners to identify capability gaps.
Manage relationships with external learning partners, consultants, and academic institutions.
Build collaborations with industry bodies for specialized capability development.
Budget & Governance
Manage the annual L&D; budget effectively.
Ensure governance and standardization of learning practices across all locations.
Publish periodic learning dashboards and analytics for leadership review.
