Role Description The Associate Dispute Resolution/Litigation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves assisting in all stages of dispute resolution and litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents,



as well as conducting detailed legal research. The associate will attend court hearings, assist with case preparation, coordinate with clients and senior counsel, and help manage case files and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing and reviewing deposition summaries, organizing evidence, and supporting settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution efforts. The role requires close collaboration with the litigation team and proactive communication with clients to keep them informed of case progress.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law with a focus on dispute resolution and litigation practice.
Experience drafting and reviewing Motions and other substantive legal pleadings.
Proficiency in legal Research, including case law, statutes, and procedural rules.
Familiarity with Depositions, including preparation, review, and summarization of testimony.
