About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities and Customer Success experience. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams while ensuring successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple client engagements, gather and analyze business requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead end-to-end project execution from discovery through delivery and post-launch support.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to ensure timely execution.
Track project progress, identify risks,



and proactively resolve blockers.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Business Analysis

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct requirement workshops, process mapping, and solution discussions.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define optimal solutions.
Validate delivered features against business requirements and customer expectations.
Assist in UAT planning and coordinate customer acceptance.

Customer Success

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Build solid client relationships based on trust, transparency, and proactive commun
