The individual will be responsible for leading high priority transformation and change management programmes for KYC Operations. They MUST be a seasoned KYC Operations professional, with minimum 15 years experience. The successful candidate will independently manage complex programmes with local & global senior stakeholders, from design through to execution and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Leadership: Independently lead and execute end-to-end transformation and change management programs, covering the entire spectrum of identification of issues, solutioning ideation, deep data analysis, stakeholder engagement & validation, implementation and value realization.
Strategic Planning: Own and develop detailed roadmaps and frameworks to address complex KYC Operations challenges and operational issues.
Executive Engagement:
Act as a primary point of contact for senior leadership; synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights, present recommendations to the stakeholders, lead the solution change management all the way to embedded it into KYC Operations.
Multi-Program Management: Simultaneously run multiple workstreams independently, ensuring synchronization across different departments and managing dependencies to prevent bottlenecks. Prioritization of deliverables and tasks is a critical skill set.
Presentation & Articulation : Create the analysis and solution documents, presentations and articulate the complex storytelling to senior stakeholders, in order to get buy in and complete deliverables on time. Robust PowerPoint, Power BI and Excel skills.
Tangible Value Delivery: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics tracked on a weekly basis to demonstrate the tangible financial and operational impact of transformation efforts.
