Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY:

He / She will provide operational, coordination, and program support to ensure smooth

execution of incubation and acceleration activities. The role focuses on implementation,

documentation, coordination, and day-to-day program support under the guidance of the

leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of incubation and acceleration programs and activities
Coordinate schedules, meetings, workshops, mentoring sessions, and events
Act as the first point of contact for startups for routine coordination and follow-ups
Maintain startup data, program records, MIS, and documentation
Support startup onboarding, reporting, and compliance processes
Assist in preparing presentations, reports.
Track tasks, timelines, and action items and follow up with stakeholders
Provide administrative and logistical support for programs, events, and reviews

Required Skills





Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data tracking tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Key Competencies

Valuable understanding of startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem
Experience working with government programs or funded projects is a plus

Academic Qualification

Essential Educational Qualifications required for this role*: Graduate degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or related field
Desirable Qualifications/Certification required for this role: Working knowledge with Artificial Intelligence (AI), data-driven tools, or emerging technologies
