About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Product Manager/Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and driving innovation. This individual will lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and business goals, translating them into effective product strategy.

The charter for this role will include

Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a transparent product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends. Continuously analyze market conditions and user feedback to refine and adapt the product strategy as needed.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment,



facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate these requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Leverage this information to make informed decisions about feature prioritization and market positioning.
Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
