The Role
As a Project Control Specialist II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
Domain Expert / Specialist in the field of Engineering or in Construction - handling EPC / LSTK / PMC / EPCM project. Having overall knowledge of interdependencies between project phases.
Positive understanding of Workflow Process, Execution sequences, inter-relations of Activities, activity durations, WBS.



Good understanding of Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Cost Codes, Cash Flow is added advantage.
Hands on experience & sound knowledge of using Planning/Scheduling Tools like Primavera, MS Project (is MUST), Microsoft Office applications & Techniques.
Good understanding of Progress Measurement Norms, progress measurement trend Curves (S-Curve) & forecasting by earned value method (EVM), Resource Planning, Productivity.
Working experience in Mining, Metal and Minerals (is MUST), Oil & Gas Industry.
Preferred working knowledge in ECOsys or any other inhouse progress measurement tools.
Good Communication & Presentation skills.
High on initiative & Drive.
